Training aids for Australian hospitality management and staff to assist food businesses meet the legislation guidelines, including:
• Two 32-page handbooks
• Checklists for Foodsafe Auditors
• USB and presentation folder covers
I was brought onto the project by Boogie Monster – who were shooting the training video for Verity Productions – to redesign and update the handbooks, last designed in the 1980s.
I attended the shoot in the commercial kitchens at PCEC, directed the still photography to ensure we had all the photos we needed to illustrate the handbooks and designed an updated the layout for the Training Handbook (for staff), Proprietor’s Guide (for management) and the accompanying collateral.
